Tunnel Talk

Embrace Authentic Expression

“Emotions are tunnels. You have to go all the way through the darkness to get to the light at the end.”

Emily Nagoski

Emotions are like tunnels. They all have a beginning, middle, and an ending. Many people struggle with navigating through their emotional tunnels because they lack the ability or accessibility to express themselves authentically.

Join us as we release thoughts from our mind and feelings from our heart, so we can live life courageously, authentically, and vulnerably.

Need a space to declutter your brain?  Are you stuck in an emotional tunnel and looking for a way to express yourself freely to calm your nervous system?

Welcome to Tunnel Talk, where individuals can freely express thoughts and emotions without judgment. Join us as we release thoughts from our mind and feelings from our heart, so we can live life courageously, authentically, and vulnerably.

The goal of Tunnel Talk is to foster an environment where individuals can freely express their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. By prioritizing consent and respecting anonymity, we aim to create a safe and empowering platform. We believe that by sharing stories and emotions, we can create connections and promote empathy among individuals. With consent, these shared experiences may be used to guide dialogues, raise awareness, and ultimately inspire positive change in our communities.
